This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how ef - de s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors and clients of this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What personal data we process

When you fill out the contact form on this website, we process:

• your first and last name,
• phone number,
• email address,
• the services you're interested in,
• city (in the case of inquiries about video production or training),
• the content of your message and any other information you voluntarily provide.

4. Data retention period

We retain personal data from the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, but no longer than 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established between us. Data related to concluded contracts and invoicing is retained for the period required by applicable law (e.g. the Accounting Act, the VAT Act).

5. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to:

• employees and collaborators of ef-de s. r. o. to the extent necessary to perform their work duties,
• IT and hosting service providers who ensure the operation of the website,
• the company's accountant/tax advisor,
• when using advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads/Analytics), also the providers of these services — see our Cookie Policy.

6. Transfer to third countries

When using third-party tools (e.g. Meta, Google) that may process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary, but is necessary for us to be able to handle your inquiry.

9. Automated decision-making

Processing of your personal data does not involve automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
